u a very simple method by adopting this you should be able to send big files videos or any other file ,so be ready for that

first of all simply open your whats app in your mobile or desktop 

now after open your whats app in your mobile or in your computer choose a Pacific chat or in simple word choose the contact in or your friends that you want  to send videos

after selecting the contact click the tab option which is given near a camera option 





A new window is opened in your mobile screen then Here select document  after selecting document a new  window open again




Now after clicking the palace which is highlight by arraw the folder of you video s is open now select the video and post it it's not a matter who much is video long
