after dilling this  the verifying messege received 

" dear customer aap ko dosray account pay subscribe ke diya gya ha "

  after this you again go to your moblie dialler and type again *869# a menu is open on your moblie screen thats give you  three main option 

" 1    Raqam daalein

2  raqam nkalein

3    service khatam karen"

if you want to add your sceret balance then choose option  1

and select your available balance to save 

after this if you want to back your balance in your main balance then  dial again *869# and choose the option 3and your secret balance added to your main account

you have to choose the option 1 for subscribe the balance save offer
