دل بھرنے کی دیر ہے بس
بہانے تو لاکھوں مل جاتے ہیں

اس جہاں میں کوئی نہیں اہل وفا🥀 مطلبی رشتے ہیں اور مطلبی ساتھ ہیں

حال کہہ دیتے ہیں نازک سے اشارے اکثر🥀 کتنی خاموش نگاہوں کی زباں ہوتی ھے

ہوتی کہاں ہے دل سے جدا دل کی آرزو جاتا کہاں ہے شمع کو پروانہ چھوڑ کر

وہ رکھ لے مجھے اپنے پاس کہیں قید کر کے🥀 کاش کے کچھ ایسا مجھ سے قصور ہو جائے
